Production Associate I

Description

POSITION   OBJECTIVE: 

To assemble filters by hand that meets company/customer specifications in a timely manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

· Assemble filters – put various types of  media into channel frames and tape/pour urethane and secure together by   various measures, such as, bolts staples, etc.

· When using urethane, clean off excess from production filter frame prior to moving to the next stage.

· Be sure that correct media is available for frame.

· Be sure frame is square based on the filter specifications provided.

· Be sure frame printing is proper and correct.

· Be sure that the pleat count is correct, where applicable.

· Responsible for producing quality filters and meet company specifications in a fast paced environment.

· Follow safety rules and regulations

Requirements

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be able to read a tape measure. 

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

·  6 months experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
