Administrative Assistant - Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance and support to Plant 7.
• Input data into various types of software and databases and prepare Word documents, data graphs, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
• Coordinate departmental training activities.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate plant meetings and activities.

 

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills are required.
• Good communication and organizational skills are needed.
