Full Stack Lead Developer (Java, PHP, Vue.js)

About Your Role:

As a Full Stack Lead Developer at Fiserv, you'll be at the forefront of transforming the financial services industry. You will lead, design, and develop cutting-edge software solutions while collaborating with a talented cross-functional team to deliver applications that directly impact our clients' success. If you're passionate about leading a team and deploying innovative code solutions, this high-impact role is for you.

What you'll do:

• Lead the design and development of software applications that support our key business goals.
• Collaborate with our teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Write, test, and debug high-performing applications using Java, PHP, and Vue.js.
• Maintain and improve our existing codebases and lead peer review sessions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow their skills.
• Deploy new code solutions and ensure our applications can handle high traffic using technologies like AWS EC2, AWS S3, and GitLab CI.

Experience you’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience, education and military. 
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java, PHP, and Vue.js.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading a development team.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Kafka.
• At least 2 years of experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.

Experience that would be great to have:

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ.

How you’ll work:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
• This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range

$97,500.00 - $164,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
