Caregiver for Adult with Special Needs

💰 Pay: 15.20- 16.20— paid weekly
🎓 Training: Paid training provided – no experience required!

About the Position:
We are seeking a caring, reliable, and patient Caregiver to support a 22-year-old male with intellectual disability and autism in his daily living activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys making a difference in someone’s life and helping them reach greater independence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and support with daily routines

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and grooming as needed

• Support social and recreational activities (community outings, games, hobbies, etc.)

• Help with meal preparation and how to do chores

• Ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment

• Follow individualized support plans and communicate effectively with family and/or care team

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Previous experience with autism or intellectual disabilities is a plus (but not required — we provide training!)

• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation

Schedule:

• Flexible hours available (part-time or full-time)

• Weekday and weekend shifts
