Principal Accountabilities 

• 70% - Ensure refrigeration, boiler, and HVAC systems are operating properly through monitoring, PMs, and repairs
• 10% - Maintain boiler and refrigeration water chemistry through testing
• 10% - Participate in activities (training, system reviews, documentation) with the ammonia safety program
• 10% - Miscellaneous tasks and duties assigned

• Availability to work from Wednesday to Saturday from 7:00pm to 7:00am

• Employee will have to train on 1st shift for 4-6 months before moving to regular schedule of 7pm-7am, Wednesdays 1pm-7am

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

 

Preferred Qualifications

• RETA/IIAR training and certification
• Previous ammonia refrigeration experience
• Electrical or mechanical experience
• Technical degree in a HVAC or ammonia refrigeration, equivalent work experience with industrial or commercial refrigeration, or equivalent work experience as a maintenance mechanic
