Job Title: Outdoor Adventure Administrative Supervisor

Reporting To: Outdoor Adventure Administrative & Coordination Manager
Position Overview:
The Outdoor Adventure Administrative Supervisor position is an integral component of the Outdoor Adventure team. This position primarily assists the Administrative and Coordination Manager with overseeing the administrative team, including scheduling the team, managing ongoing training for the admin team, etc. This position also includes program registration, member response on trip activities, managing the in-app trips, logistic support, vendor booking, obtaining permits, booking trips, purchasing and scheduling associated with the Outdoor Adventure program. This is primarily an office based position that interfaces with our vendors and Powder Haven club membership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee team management, scheduling, coordination, and administrative responsibilities pertaining to daily and weekly departmental tasks and needs
- Oversee the team onboarding and training throughout peak and off seasons and maintain the training manuals, SOPs, etc. Post schedules and approve timecards of team
- Train team to luxury hospitality standards in communication, presentation and appearance in daily operations
- Interface with other departments as needed to support program logistics support
- Develop and maintain department SOPs for training and cross-department communication
- Support the research and development of the outdoor pursuits programming
- Serve as the main point of contact between guide staff and admin/concierge teams to relay updates, requirements, and information
- Track and maintain stock of all gear inventory; report shortages or damage promptly.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for administrative operations
- Interface with membership for program registration and confirmation emails
