A Day in the Life:
The Manager, Business Operations will support North America Operations (NA Ops) by guiding the design, implementation, and optimization of reporting frameworks, ensuring consistent, data-driven decision-making, and leading robust compliance and policy management across the organization. The Manager acts as a pivotal liaison for compliance and reporting, working closely with NA Ops leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, uphold current policies, and advance business objectives through timely reporting, compliance initiatives, and process refinement.
The salary range for this position is starting at $95,000/yr.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, implement, and oversee policy management initiatives, ensuring policies are clear, current, and aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
- Serve as the compliance lead for NA Ops, regularly reviewing operations for adherence to internal policies and external regulations, and driving corrective actions as necessary.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and proactively identify opportunities for productivity and efficiency enhancements.
- Review the accuracy of automated performance dashboards and tools, ensuring business actions, KPIs, and compliance requirements are accurately reflected.
- Actively support monthly Management Performance Reviews (MPRs), synthesizing insights and communicating key results to senior leadership.
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting with analysis of variances to forecast, operating plans, and historical performance, translating data into actionable insights.
- Provide critical support for ad-hoc analysis, initiative performance measurement, and compliance reviews, supplying the operational perspective to drive business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience with a proven track record in business operations, reporting, compliance, policy management, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Information Security, or a related discipline, preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing operational policies and reporting tools.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for dashboard and report consumption.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear, actionable manner.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, a passion for continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to compliance across NA Ops.
- Ability to motivate teams and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels and functions
- Highly organized, self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team and with internal business partners
- Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
- Ability to work comfortably across functional and geographical boundaries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting project status
