Position: Manager, Patient Operations Planning and Master Data (ref.# 0590)
Location: 1000 Dexter Ave. N, Seattle, WA 98109
Duties: Draw on experience with working in a regulated environment (Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations); planning/scheduling, managing operations, and/or managing master data in a supply chain or patient operations setting; working in APEX, GPS, Oracle, SAP, and/or other comparable planning/scheduling systems; and managing temporary or ad hoc assignment and through matrix teams to lead direct reports to provide exceptional scheduling master data management, facilitating the enrollment and scheduling of clinical and commercial cell therapy patients Implement, review, and maintain scheduling master data in SCLT (Scheduling and Cell Logistics) systems through the management and delegation of recurring processes and projects routinely connect and work with SCLT’s regional teams (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific) and partners in product data management, patient operations systems integration, manufacturing, allocation and demand management, and commercialization to develop, refine, and execute cross-functional processes. Lead or Co-Lead the SCLT Super User Community of Practice. Provide support and guidance for escalations from the Patient Operations Planning and Master Data team. Provide input into goals and plans to deliver on SCLT’s global strategy. Interact with internal and external stakeholders in-person and through electronic/virtual means. Participate in tactical and other meetings as assigned. Represent SCLT on cross-functional initiatives as assigned. Coordinate and lead SCLT Super User training sessions. Provide on-the-job training on areas of subject matter expertise. Own, author, update, and implement procedures and work instructions. Comply with applicable SOPs, work practices, and other documentation. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and provide input into the development of future state processes. Act as subject matter expert for scheduling processes and business requirements gathering for processes and systems changes. Lead or participate in working groups as assigned. Project manage & deliver team initiatives as assigned. Manage deviations, corrective action/preventative actions, and escalations to ensure they are handled expeditiously. Manage investigations related to deviations. Execute project tasks as assigned. May work remotely 5 days every 2 weeks within normal commuting distance of Seattle, WA.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics or a related field plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above. The required skills do not need to be maintained over the full term of required experience.
Salary: $180,669/year
The starting compensation for this job is $180,669 plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
