About the role

Job Description Summary

We are looking for an experienced global project/program manager to drive our Talent, Learning and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) projects forward. You will: drive, track, manage and execute assigned programs and projects within the Talent, Learning and DIB portfolio, ensuring that all program deliverables are high-quality, on-time, impactful and in a way that scales and adapts to our evolving needs.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Drive execution of talent, learning and DIB initiatives: Through strong project management skills and a proactive approach advance and manage projects and programs.
  • Analyze data and provide insights: Track, report and utilize data to inform and evolve programs and projects in the Talent, Learning and DIB space.
  • Collaborate effectively with a wide range of partners: Work closely with teams across the BU’s, Regions, and HR to advance the team’s projects.
  • Partner with Employee Resource Groups (employe networks): Partner with ERGs to leverage their unique, diverse perspectives to advance the teams Talent, Learning and DIB projects.
  • Bring external best practices: Leverage external thinking and research to shape our internal practices and evolve our Talent, Learning and DIB activities and projects.
  • Global engagement: Ability to project manage global projects, regardless of location, by driving accountability across regions and businesses.
     

We’re looking for someone who has:
Skills & Abilities

  • Proven track record of project and program management of company-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Results oriented, data driven, curious and passionate about talent, learning and DIB and improving business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze trends, best practices, and data to influence talent, learning and DIB roadmaps.
  • Possesses excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder enablement skills.
  • Strong project management and implementation skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment maintaining flexibility through changing priorities and demanding timelines.
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously, with little direction, and willingness to assist with a variety of projects.
  • Strong digital skills, including MS Office and Workday and Vizier applications.

Experience & Education

  • Demonstrated experience executing multiple simultaneous projects, plans and programs within large, matrixed, global technology or life sciences organization.
  • Previous experience in Talent, Learning, or diversity desired.
  • Typically requires 5 - 7 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Requires deep knowledge of one or more related job areas typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of organizational change and working with management team experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $102,800.00 - $175,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
