Your responsibilities

 

• Identify strategic partners, customer groups and relevant technical production paths for Green Fuels, develop and conclude partnership agreements with them
• Maintain and develop external partnerships relevant for the development of Assets for the production of Green Fuels
• Establish and administer special purpose vehicles / joint venture companies for Green Fuels projects, fill formal positions and fulfil legal duties of these companies
• Ensure alignment on Uniper’s legal, commercial, and governance requirements for special purpose vehicles and joint ventures 
• Take respective roles in project organisations for the development of Green Fuels Assets and support the project development and implementation with regards to partnering topics

 

  

Your profile

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Laws
• More than 5 years of business experience in the energy industry with a proven track record in establishing partnerships for energy projects across different markets
• Proven track record in structuring partnerships and negotiating partnership agreements 
• Excellent business and project development capabilities covering broad spectrum of technical, commercial, and contractual elements 
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Fostering a psychologically safe and inclusive work environment, embracing the Uniper Way
• Willingness to travel regularly across Uniper’s core markets
• Fluent in German and English
