Take leadership role in developing study protocols, managing the detailed operations of projects, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, cultivating close relationships with community partner organizations.

Job Description

The Center for Food and Nutrition Policy in the Division of Healthy Policy is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager A (PM-A) to support the center's research portfolio. The PM-A will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the research portfolio under Center faculty, with an emphasis on management of research staff, regulatory oversight, and project budgets.

Across multiple studies, the PM-A will:

  • Oversee research activities including protocol development,study set-up and implementation, participant recruitment, screen and enrollment, submitting requests for restricted datasets, and study document development and management.

  • Communicated regularly with the leadership on study.

  • Work with PM-B to develop,track, and manage multiple study.

  • Supervise research staff and work with PM-B to hire new study.

  • Oversee data collection via electronic processes and work closely with the Director of Data Analytics on data and database management and data quality assurance.

  • Oversee all IRB correspondence, preparation and submissions of IRB amendments and closeout; oversee adverse event reporting; oversee regulatory compliance.

  • Work with PM-B to manage preparation and submission of timely grant reporting to study sponsors, work with external sponsors, consultants, funding agencies, and outside organizations for DUA and agreement negotiations.
