Then we will look forward to meeting you!</p> <p> </p> <p>Your responsibilities</p> <p> </p> <p><ul> <li>Support and coordination of energy policy processes for Uniper</li> <li>Preparation and drafting of strategic assessments, position papers, decision papers, presentations, memos and energy policy analyses</li> <li>Identification of topic-specific political decision-makers and contacts, as well as contact management and networking with regard to International and European politics, corresponding administrations and other organisations</li> <li>Representation and safeguarding of Uniper's political interests vis-à-vis politicians, administrations, associations and other organisations</li> <li>Preparing and advising Uniper Senior Executives in political discussions/events</li> <li>Organisation and support of political events</li> </ul> </p> <p>  </p> <p>Your profile</p> <p><br/> <ul> <li>University (Master’s Degree level) preferably in the areas of economics, political science or law or a comparable degree</li> <li>Knowledge of the political, economic and legal framework of the energy industry as a whole</li> <li>Sound knowledge of European / State policy decision-making levels</li> <li>Ideally with an up-to-date and resilient political and/or energy industry network</li> <li>Knowledge / experience in the area of low carbon / green gases would be desirable</li> <li>Strong sense of political context and sensitivities</li> <li>Analytical skills to grasp complex political and energy industry contexts and to derive strategic responses from them</li> <li>Ability to produce energy policy and economic analyses flexibly and at short notice</li> <li>High linguistic competence and the ability to present complex issues in a simple and understandable way</li> <li>Confident appearance and a high degree of teamwork and integration skills, as well as flexibility and motivation to work independently</li> <li>Excellent written and spoken English, knowledge of another foreign language desirable</li> </ul> </p> <p> </p> <p>Your benefits</p>   At Uniper, we not only reward our employees with attractive salaries, an excellent company pension and health related benefits for their hard work and dedication to shaping the future energy transition.
