Job Summary:

PowerBI Lead Developer managing the full lifecycle of Power BI development. Design & develop Power BI tabular models, reports & dashboards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop visual reports, dashboards, & KPIs in Power BI

• Design, develop, test and deploy Power BI solutions

• Setup new workspaces and dashboards for users

• Proactively managing expectations and meeting deadlines

• Prioritize and manage work requests for changes and enhancements based on business requirements

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Three (3) years of development experience with Microsoft Power BI and Visual Studio/SSAS/Azure Analysis Service

• Experience with development in Power BI Report Builder, Power BI Desktop and Power BI Online

• Understanding of user interface design and data visualization best practices

• Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

• Three (3) years of development experience, preferably with PaaS / SaaS applications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Knowledge of JD Edwards a plus
