Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing team of finance and IT specialists, while also fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and shared success
- Creating a stimulating work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Strategically leading your team, from hiring top talent and managing resources to budget planning and setting the chapter’s agenda
- Promoting an agile mindset and methodologies across the organisation and driving change
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, developing and inspiring teams
- A solid foundation in agile leadership principles, with hands-on experience in guiding teams through change and a passion for agile principles
- Exceptional networking, presentation, and communication skills, coupled with fluency in English
- A high level of self-awareness and the ability to reflect, adapt and grow within a leadership role
Desirable extras.
- Extensive experience in large-scale projects, demonstrating your ability to steer complex initiatives towards success
- Knowledge of SAP, especially finance-related modules
- Technical expertise and the ability to leverage technology to drive efficiency and innovation
- Finance-related work experience
