About the Role:
Manages the development, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures.
What You Will Do:
- Ensures compliance with financial transaction recording standards (e.g., general ledger, cash payments/collections, tax transactions, etc.).
- Performs control/reconciliation of accounts and records (balance sheet, P&L, bank accounts, etc.).
- Prepares accounting reports/schedules for internal audiences (management reporting) and/or for external audiences (compliance reporting) including consolidation of financial statements, cash flow reporting, budget reporting, etc.) may also include: Cost accounting/budgeting (allocation of direct/indirect costs, variance analysis, budget preparation, etc.).
- Reviews and recommends policy changes, assess internal control structure and recommend changes.
- Develops, maintains, monitors, and enforces accounting policies in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), as well as regulatory agency financial reporting and disclosure guidelines.
- Performs reviews on technical accounting areas.
- Reviews workflow for efficiencies and improvements and implements changes.
- Documents and communicates complex technical accounting and financial reporting matters.
- Ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data and revenue.
- Participates in annual audits and special projects. May work with external consultants or auditors to provide required information and ensure proper recordkeeping for historical purposes.
- Responsible for hiring, coaching, and performance management for direct reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- CPA preferred

Salary range: $103,511.83 – $191,170.01
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
