Job Description
Isobar Public Sector is seeking a Senior Program Manager. Successful candidates should have senior knowledge and hands-on experience in executing and managing the functional elements of projects to include meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, and completing deliverables. In this role you will facilitate and guide teams and projects across multi-functional platforms to ensure cohesiveness.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the principal point of contact and liaison on operational matters and act as day-to-day technical guidance and leadership.
- Responsible for planning, prioritizing, executing, and maintaining programs and projects per customer requirements.
- Perform project tracking and analysis and conduct project status meeting.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Assure adherence to quality standards and review of deliverables.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation for implementations.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Who You Are
- A US Citizen and possess a Secret Security Clearance.
- 5 plus years of Program Management in an agile environment, including at least 2 years managing IT DevSecOps projects specifically.
- Experience with Cloud provisioning, DevSecOps, management, and agile development methodology.
- Demonstrated ability developing detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Experience managing project schedules, milestones, deliverables and budget.
- Experience providing technical and analytical guidance to teams.
- Ability to interact with and brief customers on a technical and non-technical level.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
