The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.</span></p><p><b>Meet the Team</b></p><p><span><span>We </span><span>are hiring </span><span>a</span><span> Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support Dexcom's thrilling growth trajectory as we prepare to open our new EMEA HQ in Athenry. </span></span><span><span>The Sourcing Specialist will play a key role in sourcing both Indirect and Direct materials<span> </span>for Dexcom as we scale up our new manufacturing facility in Athenry. </span><span>The </span><span>Sourcing Specialist will work closely with the </span><span>Sr Procurement Manager</span><span> across</span><span> Sourcing, Contracting and Supplier Management related processes to ensure compliance</span><span> with the company Procurement Policy. </span></span></p><p></p><p><b>Where you come in:</b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>You will source goods and services from suppliers, supporting the overall goals of the Procurement organisation.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You will provide sourcing support on low/medium-risk purchases.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You will administer RFX process; manage development of NDAs, set RFP event in the systems, </span><span>facilitate</span><span> Q&amp;A with participants, </span><span>monitor</span><span> and event, analyse and provide input during the selection process. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You will support supplier </span><span>selection</span><span> and negotiation process</span><span> in line w</span><span>i</span><span>th Procurement policy.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You will conduct Data and spend analysis, comfortable with purchasing analytics tools and advanced excel skills.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You will interface with Operations and other functional areas to collect operational needs and specifications.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You will liaise with Sr Procurement Manager on category needs and with legal on contract processing.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You will assist</span><span> with the procurement of </span><span>non-standard parts, supplier consolidation and rationalisation.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You will monitor supplier performance (against contract) and manage supplier relationships.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You will participate in various procurement process improvement projects and performs other tasks as assigned.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span> What makes you successful:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You have experience with NDA / CDA, RFX, Supplier </span><span>selection</span><span>, and Contracting Process.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You are an a<span><span>nalytical, process driven and strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You have proficiency</span><span> in Microsoft Suite (Word, </span><span>Excel</span><span> and PowerPoint).</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You have familiarity with Business Spend management platforms.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You are collaborative and have experience </span><span>interfacing</span><span> cross-functionally.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>You are skilled in gathering data, conducting analyses, and generating high quality outputs.</sp
