Nurse Practitioner -Physician Assistant Cardiology Hospitalist- Float

About this role:

As a Nurse Practitioner -Physician Assistant Cardiology Hospitalist, float you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will round in the hospital setting on IHC patients, collaboration with the cardiology team and inter-disciplinary team on patient outcomes, capture patient history, educate, counsel patients on their disease and way to manage it. Help with the coordination of hospital discharge, emergencies, and all other inpatient needs.

• This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, or relocation assistance up to $7,500 and a float stipend of $12,000.
• You will support 3 Pods between six hospitals
• Rounding schedule will require you to cover between 2 – 3 hospitals in a day
• Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm or 4/10’s, day off will be determined by the department

What you’ll bring:

• Must have or be eligible for a current and unrestricted NP or PA Nevada License
• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
• AANP or NCCPA certification
• 2 years’ experience required
• BLS and ACLS certification and DEA
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
• We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship currently
• Ability to float between practice locations as needed

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$54.84 - $84.63
