Online Research Intern - Part Time

Looking to gain some experience working for one of Boise's tech companies? ClickBank is seeking a motivated online research intern interested in working at the intersection of performance marketing, product marketing and management, and competitive intelligence. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, sharpen, and utilize skills in these areas, with a special emphasis on conducting valuable market research and distilling it into actionable insights for the ClickBank team. Responsibilities for online research intern

• Research and document capabilities of online platforms as directed
• Respond to ad hoc questions regarding research requests
• Work to document and update a complete matrix of a product features for a given list of online products
• Provide key summaries on findings to the internal team
• Distill market research findings into documentation and clearly articulate the results
• Work with manager to provide actionable feedback to key stakeholders

Requirements

• Must have strong computer skills and deep understanding of web-based products/tools
• Some experience with affiliate marketing (or other online sales and marketing models) preferred, but not required
• Interest in affiliate marketing, online advertising, and e-commerce preferred 
• Basic understanding of common performance marketing metrics preferred, but not immediately required 
• Good data visualization skills and ability to present data analysis in intuitive graphical and tabular formats
• Willingness and ability to use online tools to create screenshots and videos for documentation
• Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills, and a good team player, preferably with experience working across teams
• Strong skills performing research and documenting findings
• Ability to take direction and learn new skills quickly
