Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive leader and their direct team, managing communication channels and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a shared calendar for key events and meetings, coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person sessions, and organizing agendas for leadership team meetings.
- Respond to communications on behalf of the executive, handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Arrange travel and prepare expense reports, ensuring efficient organization and timely reconciliation.
- Support or lead key projects as assigned, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with executive priorities.
- Work with the Chief of Staff on team processes and governance documentation, helping establish clear and efficient ways of working.
Our Requirements:
- Solid background in executive support, with experience managing complex schedules and handling confidential information.
- Strong ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of staff and external contacts.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with collaboration tools. High level of accuracy in managing documentation and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
