Regional Property Manager - Eastern Oregon

We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties in the Eastern Oregon area. This role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, asset management, maintenance, revenue collections, training, budgeting, and financial reporting. 

Requirements

• Manage property performance, ensuring compliance with ownership goals and regulations.
• Lead and support on-site teams, communicating property objectives and tracking progress.
• Oversee revenue collections, legal notices, and eviction processes.
• Work with compliance teams to ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Hire, train, and manage property and maintenance staff.
• Approve accounts payable, purchase orders, and other financial transactions.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain operational standards.
• Develop annual budgets, prepare financial reports, and communicate with owners.
• Ensure enforcement of agency regulations and resident policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage multiple properties and teams.
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Proficient with property management software (Yardi preferred).
• Preference given to individuals with 3+ years of experience managing multiple properties and teams of property staff. Experience and/or training in a related field of affordable housing programs (Section 8, HUD, RD, Tax Credit, etc.).

Work Environment & Travel:

• Remote position with up to 50% travel for property inspections and meetings.

Salary Description $70,000 - $75,000 annually
