What are we looking for?

Union Bank is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Care Supervisor. This role is both a first-line supervisor for Customer Care Associates and a direct customer service provider, delivering exceptional telephone and online support to customers with a broad range of banking needs.

In the supervisory capacity, the Customer Care Supervisor will provide ongoing support, coaching, and performance feedback to Customer Care Associates. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Customer Care Associates, providing regular coaching and performance feedback
• Handle escalated customer issues and complex service requests
• Deliver direct customer service via telephone and online channels
• Develop and manage team staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Promote continuous improvement, service quality, and adherence to banking policies and procedures

Requirements

· Call center or customer service experience required. 

· Supervisory or banking experience ideal but not required.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
