<h3>Job Title</h3>Innovation Project Manager<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As part of the Process Development team of the Micro Devices Group of Philips Innovation Engineering with locations at the High-Tech Campus and at Strijp-S, both in Eindhoven, we collaborate directly with our customer’s product development teams.</p><p></p><p>Our international customers range from small start-ups to well-established industry leaders in the medical and other high-tech industries.</p><p><br/><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li>Facilitates a portfolio of multi-site (agile) <span>process development and industrialization</span> projects across disciplines, managing dependencies and creating synergy to maximize collective impact on organization's strategic objectives.</li><li>Executes critical, multi-domain innovation projects for the organization, providing clear strategic direction and ensuring alignment with diverse internal and external partners to drive the organization forward, working under limited supervision.</li><li> Prepares and implements complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon specifications, timelines, budgets, staffing, and strategic realization of a single end-to-end process while managing severe changes impacting multiple businesses.</li><li> Develops a deep understanding and ability to consistently apply PMBok and SAFe methodologies, serving as a coach and resource while utilizing advanced planning techniques to ensure efficient project execution within timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.</li><li> Leads with a customer-centric mindset throughout the project lifecycle, exceeding expectations by actively incorporating customer feedback to ensure solutions effectively address identified needs.</li><li>Demonstrates strong project management methods, relevant organizational and end-to-end process knowledge, and experience managing projects, including professional knowledge of planning methods and estimation techniques (resources, time, and risk) specific to the Design discipline.</li><li>Identifies and assesses project risks and opportunities, developing robust mitigation strategies while fostering a culture of thoughtful risk-taking with escalation to senior management when deemed necessary.</li><li>Utilizes advanced analytical skills to address high complexity requests efficiently, applies   conceptual thinking to develop innovative solutions and strategies.</li><li>Negotiates agreement on and achieves project goals and objectives, monitoring the business case during project execution with an outcome-oriented view, focusing on maximizing project benefits and business impact.</li></ul><p><br/><b>You're the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li>You have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical domain. E.g., Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or Physics, with a broad technological interest and knowledge.</li><li>You are a naturally strong team leader, capable of bringing out the best of a team.</li><li> You are an excellent communicator and motivator, skilled in managing interpersonal &amp; team dynamics at all levels.</li><li>You have a proven track record (&gt;5 yrs.) in managing multi-disciplinary development projects, preferably including new product industrialization.</li><li>You are analytically strong, creative in finding effective solutions, driven, can-do mentality in combination with good business acumen; capable of understanding customer specific business needs and aligning them with internal objectives.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>How we work together</b><br/>We believe that we are better together than apart.
