The Human Resources Business Partner, US Oncology Field Sales will provide human resources support for the US Field Sales team, with primary focus for Oncology Sales as well as other client areas. In addition, this role will help lead the Early In Career Talent and Diversity Equity & Inclusion strategy inclusive of development programs and MBA recruiting. The Human Resources Business Partner coaches the leader and his/her leadership team and provides expertise in the execution of the organizational talent and diversity strategy, talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, compensation and rewards, and escalated employee relations issues.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide Human Resources and leader coaching support to the assigned Leadership Team.
Drive the talent and diversity strategy for the assigned organization.
Conduct talent sessions to identify, develop and align employee’s skills and potential with organizational goals.
Support all talent management, organizational design and organizational alignment activities within client groups.
Lead client restructuring activities when necessary. Contribute to organizational change management activities when necessary.
Coach leaders and members of leadership teams to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes (talent management, performance management, compensation planning, etc.).
Partner with the learning organization on learning strategies and solutions to support talent strategy.
Partner with recruiting and staffing organization on activities in support of the organization’s workforce plan and talent strategy.
Collaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organization to generate solutions to enable client’s business strategy.
Partner with Center Of Excellence's to address workforce issues, drive strategic initiatives and foster a productive high-performing organizational culture.
Education Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6 years’ experience as an Human Resources Business Partner, in an Human Resources Center Of Excellent or in Human Resources Operations role (with Masters’ degree, minimum experience is 4 years); or relevant applicable experience
Required Experience and Skills
Demonstrated Human Resources functional competence in one or more Human Resources disciplines
Ability to effectively influence, consult with and coach senior leaders and managers
Sense of urgency and a strong ability to strategically prioritize time and problem solve against most impactful activities and initiatives.
Able to contract with client groups, manage expectations and stakeholders effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly responsive.
Experience delivering presentations to large and geographically dispersed audiences, effectively conveying information and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to demonstrate and foster collaboration among peers and extended Human Resources organization
Experience navigating and leveraging Human Resources systems (Workday, Visier, Service Now) to gather data to support client consultation preferred
Strong analytical skills: ability to understand and interpret data and provide recommendations based on sound judgement.
Ability to travel domestically, approximately 15%, to national and/or regional sales meetings which occur 2-4 times per year in addition to other travel as needed.
