ClickHouse is actively seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. In this critical role, you will become an integral part of our organization, collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the company overseeing day-to-day processes, systems, and workflows to keep the company running efficiently and effectively. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and is motivated to roll up their sleeves and help out within the operations team. You are a builder at heart and are excited to nurture and incubate emerging functions and business areas until they're ready to operate independently under their respective management chains or remain under your scope of responsibility for the longer term. 

Responsibilities include:

• Own end-to-end execution of company-wide initiatives, including all-hands meetings and offsites
• Lead board meeting preparation: craft presentations, consolidate reporting, and ensure executive alignment
• Create dashboards and insights that drive data-informed decision-making
• Manage complex cross-functional projects such as legal entity setup, new product/SKU launches, and market expansions
• Support M&A activity through integration planning, and post-close execution
• Oversee day-to-day operational logistics, including mail distribution, vendor procurement, and contract management
• Partner with real estate providers to source, negotiate, and operationalize office space for a growing team
• Manage company swag production, fulfillment, and distribution to reinforce culture and brand
• Maintain and scale the internal company knowledge base (Wiki) to ensure information is accessible and up to date

 

What you bring:

• 4+ years in a fast paced business environment (e.g., management consulting, tech industry role in sales strategy, rev ops, or business ops)
• Start up experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
• Ability to execute and skillfully juggle multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
• Systems thinking by accurately defining the problem and scope and applying creative solutions using process and technology 
• Great communicator with the ability to understand complex concepts and speak to them concisely and effectively
• Quantitative skillset. SQL experience a plus
• Highly adept at presentation skills - both verbal and written

The typical starting salary for this role in the US is$105,000—$160,000 USDThe typical starting salary for this role in US Premium Markets is$115,000—$176,000 USD

Compensation

For roles based in the United States, the typical starting salary range for this position is listed above. In certain locations, such as Los Angeles, CA, the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, the Seattle, WA, Area, and the New York City Metro Area, a premium market range may apply, as listed.

These salary ranges reflect what we reasonably and in good faith believe to be the minimum and maximum pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation may be higher or lower than the amounts listed, and the ranges may be subject to future adjustments.

An individual’s placement within the range will depend on various factors, including (but not limited to) education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, location, performance, and the needs of the business or organization.
