Job Description:

Responsible for managing regulatory change implementation projects. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule meeting regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assembles project teams and aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources.
• Manages project schedules, scope, issues, and risks. Estimates work efforts and manages resources.
• Documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, and issue logs.
• Gathers business requirements and translates them for project teams. Manages all aspects of each project. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs.
• Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.
• Assists with business requirements analyses.  Ensures change controls are executed appropriately. Estimates work efforts and manages resources.
• Actively manages and escalates risks to management as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related field
• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, we’d also look for:

• 6+ years of experience in Project Management or related field
• 2+ years regulatory change management and/or compliance experience
• Financial Services or related experience
• PMP Certification

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
