About the role

• You will maintain and ensure that all parts are ordered and inventoried for Maintenance dept.

What you'll do

·         Audit, reorder, receive, restock, and make corrections to inventory as needed, completing a thorough inventory count of one set of shelves weekly

·         Research/source non-stock requested parts

·         Prepare current & prior day PM vehicle reports & non-stock parts progress for daily meetings

·         Maintain, reorder, pickup inventory for vending machines at Service and Body shop

·         Process and email all invoices to receivables

·         Scan equipment FHWA forms into proper online & physical files

·         Assist with vehicle pickups/deliveries & hiring signs

·         Any additional duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• Drivers License
• Must be able to pass a DOT Physical
• High school diploma or GED
