Clinical Mammogram/X-Ray Supervisor

Location: Raleigh, NC

Join Raleigh Radiology as a Clinical Mammogram/X-Ray Supervisor and lead daily operations across our imaging facilities. In this dynamic role, you'll ensure top-quality patient care, oversee clinical staff, and support a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision: Oversee daily imaging operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure efficient workflows.
• Leadership: Act as a liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and referrers. Assist in hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Compliance: Maintain protocols, policies, and QA standards while supporting ACR and MQSA compliance.
• Patient Care: Perform imaging procedures, prioritize patient needs, and deliver a positive patient experience.
• Teamwork: Support staff across multiple locations and modalities as a working technologist when needed.

Requirements

 Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. ARRT registered in Mammography and X-Ray.
• Experience: 3+ years as a registered technologist (1+ year in a supervisory role preferred). MQSA experience desired.
• Certifications: AHA BLS (or obtained within 90 days). Additional modality registrations preferred.
