We’re hiring a Sales Coordinator to support two vibrant hotels—Moxy (fun, stylish, a little rebellious) and Courtyard by Marriott (smart, dependable, and focused on success). If you’re organized, upbeat, and love being the go-to person on a fast-moving team, this role is for you. What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate group room blocks, rooming lists, and client communication
• Assist with client site visits, hotel tours, and sales events
• Keep files, sales materials, and databases organized and up-to-date
• Use Marriott systems SFAWeb(CI/TY) to input and track leads
• Help both hotels deliver seamless group stays and memorable guest experiences
