What you’ll do:
- Provides guidance and expertise to project teams and continuous improvement oversight to team members by monitoring individual project plans.
- Responsible for helping to create reports and project plans, utilizing Microsoft Office 365 apps and automation wherever possible.
- Works closely with team members to establish plans and timelines to drive projects while maintaining and offering improvement strategies, efficiencies, and automation.
- Prepares and provides automated project status updates/summaries to management/leadership using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Facilitates and participates in CQI activities, as related to each assigned project.
- Responsible for assisting and monitoring Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) when barriers are noted and identifying automated solutions when possible.
- Offers mitigation plans and solutions when potential threats/risks are identified; adjusts project plan as appropriate and offers automated solutions, utilizing various Microsoft Applications.
- Ability to use knowledge of quality improvement models and methods (e.g. rapid cycle improvement, quality measurement and reporting, plan-do-study-act, DMAIC) to identify and suggest opportunities for automation.
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner under hectic and changing conditions.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills required, act as SME for automation opportunities, provides suggestions and works with team members to remove barriers to automation services.
- Ability to organize, synthesize and analyze large amounts of information and data and create project plans from the data.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Must be able to work effectively with diverse audiences including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, administrators, and a wide variety of non-technical staff.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, facilitation skills and a strong team ethic is a must; ability to support and influence a team environment.
