Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for directing work assignments in a manner consistent with company policy, expectations and cost objectives. Will assign associates to the area / job they need to do to ensure smooth workflow for customer orders. Provide leadership and instructions to the Warehouse Associates.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversees and coordinates Fulfillment Center processes such as picking, packing, shipping, kit building, labeling, order printing and mail sortation</li> <li>Directs work assignments to employees daily, assists Supervisor with labor planning</li> <li>Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion</li> <li>Acts as a Safety Champion for the Fulfillment Operation. Fully promotes and understands the importance of Safety, holding the team accountable for following processes safely</li> <li>Ensures efficient and safe operation of all production equipment and machinery and assists in conducting Monthly Safety Observations and Process Observations on associates</li> <li>When necessary, provide daily hands-on direct support in production functions</li> <li>Drives compliance with quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse key objectives</li> <li>Brainstorms and suggests new ideas on how to improve processes, morale, safety and order accuracy to Operation
