JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Project Scheduler In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and following up production schedules to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills.
- Development of schedule and controls reports to produce weekly/monthly reports for client and internal management review (i.e. Resource loading analysis and schedules, critical path items, etc.)
- Perform general task and related works as required by the project/customer.
- Provide reports on various project related topics to supervisors and Project Managers.
- Coordinate to ensure accuracy of data and assist with tracking the completion of contractual obligations.
- Attend weekly meeting to discuss any issues with equipment delivers, engineering, materials, interferences, manpower or any other project relater information.
- Monthly/Weekly presentation for Executive meeting showing current overall progress of the Project.
- Maintain accurate records in various project databases and assist in the development of databases and other data-keeping tools.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University; with minimum seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience of 3 years as Project Scheduler in Offshore oil and gas industry
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Proficient with Primavera scheduling tools
- Impeccable communication skills both written and verbally.
- Prior experience with scheduling with in the Offshore Marine Oil and Gas industry.
- Strong scheduling skills required.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with SAP

Capable of performing the following essential physical demands:
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds from floor to waist
Must be able to perform single-handed carry up to 15 pounds
Must be able to perform two-handed carry up to 50 pounds
Must be able to operate motor vehicles with current valid driver’s license
Must be able to walk on various terrain

Must be able to communicate in written and oral form

Ability to follow directions work from verbal instructions, working independently with minimal supervision
Ability to comply with the facility’s production, quality, and safety standards
Must possess a high degree of initiative, with the ability to be promptly and regularly at work
Ability to work fluctuating work schedules and extensive work hours required by workloads
Capable of performing a variety of manual assignments/tasks as defined by the critical demands of the job
Critical Demands of Job:
Occasionally 1% - 33% of the day, in an 8 hour work day
Frequently 34% - 66% of the day, in an 8 hour work day
Constantly 67% - 100% of the day, in an 8 hour work day
