About the Role As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs created by a supervising BCBA.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Following treatment and behavior intervention plans Collecting and tracking session data Supporting skill development and promoting positive behavior Sharing progress with your clinical team
