Service BDC Representative / Appointment Coordinator

Boston Volvo Cars is looking for a Service BDC Representative / Appointment Coordinator to join their award-winning team.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $24-27/hr

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to service inquiries via phone, SMS, email, and web-chat

• Schedule service appointments based on shop capacity and technician skill levels to ensure a steady workflow

• Execute "Service Reminder" calls, follow up on "Declined Services," and reach out to "Lost Souls" (customers who haven't visited in 6+ months)

• Confirm all next-day appointments and immediately reach out to no-shows to reschedule

• Maintain 100% accuracy in the CRM, ensuring customer contact info, vehicle VINs, and service histories are up to date

• Proactively identify vehicles with open safety recalls and contact owners to schedule repairs

• Maintain a basic understanding of maintenance schedules (e.g., 30/60/90k services) to better advise customers on their needs

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a call center, customer service, or automotive role preferred

• Proficiency with CRMs and DMS systems

• Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to remain positive and professional under high-volume pressure

• Bilingual, a plus
