Job Description
As a Product Manager on the Cash App Commerce team, you will help design and shape future commerce experiences on Cash App. You will be responsible for creating and inspiring the way our customers shop with Cash app, while creating new features and enhancing existing ones. As part of this role you will own the shopping lifecycle for Afterpay customers in Cash App.
In this role you will:
Own the vision, strategy, execution, and customer & business outcomes for Shopping with Cash App.
Partner with design and engineering on best in class experiences for commerce.
Drive cross functional and executive alignment around a vision and roadmap.
Partner with (engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, legal, compliance, sales and partnerships) to ship innovative and incredible experiences at scale.
Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience delivering successful, innovative products.
Strong analytical abilities – ideally you’ve worked on ML or data-heavy products in the past, and are excellent at using data to make strategic decisions.
Strong product sense – you care deeply about design details and have great taste in design.
A driver’s mindset – you are biased toward action with no task too big or small.
A high quality bar – for the product, yourself, and the people you work with.
Customer obsession – you want to deeply understand our customers and make something great for them.
Highly preferred
Experience working in a high growth consumer business, whether FinTech or other
Experience leading and working with geographically dispersed teams
Additional Information
Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone A: USD $180,000 - USD $270,000
Zone B: USD $171,000 - USD $256,600
Zone C: USD $162,000 - USD $243,000
Zone D: USD $153,000 - USD $229,600
