About the role

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you are the front line of our dining venues, ensuring every guest has a positive experience. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are friendly, efficient, and committed to maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. You will be responsible for taking orders, handling financial transactions, and making sure that all areas—from the cashier station to the dining room—are clean, stocked, and ready for service.

  • Take orders from guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner. Provide exceptional customer service to every guest.
  • Perform financial transactions and process guest payments for all goods and services delivered.
  • Maintain stock levels for the condiment area, dining room, and front counter.
  • Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment. Maintain the cleanliness of your cashier station, menus, and all other necessary tools.
  • Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure minimum drinking age requirements are met.
  • Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six"). 
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an entry-level position with little to no previous work experience required.
  • Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
  • Ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
  • Requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
