Patient Accounting Represetative, Patient Financial Services, Full Time, 1st Shift

The Patient Accounting Representative review patient credit balances, checks for other outstanding balances, refunds patients where appropriate.  

Assists the manager and supervisor in all daily activities associated with self-pay credit balance work queues.  Responsible for the timely review and resolution of credit balances.  

 

Minimum Required:  High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: Associate's Degree. Minimum Required:  3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Cycle and/or Epic Revenue Cycle applications.
