- Design and implement ML and Agentic architectures across a wide range of business domains.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools to enhance platform capabilities, efficiency, and scalability.
- Establish and enforce best practices for agentic systems, including protocol adoption, agent / tool strategies, reasoning orchestration and basic functions such as context management and memory capabilities
- Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to translate AI models into operational value.
- Maintain and continuously improve the operational model of the platform, including working with the Operations team to provide best-in-class monitoring, logging, alerting, incident management, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools to enhance platform capabilities, robustness, efficiency, security and scalability.
- Partner with the enterprise architecture and data and AI governance teams to align the platform capabilities and controls to internal and external Legal, Cyber and Governance requirements.
- Partner with teams implementing “embedded” [COTS] agents to integrate into the platform.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
10+ years of experience in architecture, systems engineering, software, or related area with demonstrated technical skills in the above areas
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Advanced degree in STEM
- Experience in Aerospace and Defense or other regulated industries
- Experience with Gov or Classified Environments
- Experience with ABAC policy management (Immuta, Privacera)
- Experience with analytics, machine learning and use-of-data patterns
- Demonstrated ability to convert technology to business value
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience specifically in designing, deploying, and operating AI/ML platforms or complex distributed systems
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Product Management and DevOps frameworks
Work Location
This is a hybrid role, Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
