Accounts Payable Specialist

Position Summary:

 

The role of the Payroll/AP Specialist is to efficiently and accurately process the payroll for Regal Medical Group and additional company payrolls.  The Specialist ensures that computing, withholding, and deductions associated with net pay is done properly, timely and follows Federal and State guidelines.  The Specialist processes check requests and invoices utilizing MAS90 accounting software.  The Specialist supports the Regal Medical Group mission and values, maximizes efficiency and quality through strict adherence to all RMG policies and procedures.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

 

• Responsible for timely and accurate of processing of bi-weekly payroll in accordance with Federal and State guidelines.
• Responsible for reviewing E-Time data for accuracy and completion.
• Responsible for uploading E-Time data into PayForce.
• Responsible for maintaining the maintenance of employee payroll records in accordance with Federal and State guidelines.
• Supports managers and supervisors in the accurate utilization of the E-Time and attendance system.
• Processes required manual checks immediately, calculating appropriate taxes and deductions.
• Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of new hire data entry and employee changes to ADP’s PayForce system.
• Manages garnishments including communication and data entry.
• Processes A/P check requests and invoices using MAS90 accounting system.
• Demonstrates through actions and communication the RMG mission and values.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times.
• All other duties as directed by management.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $22/hour to $24/hour ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

 

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
