About Trilith Guesthouse

Trilith Guesthouse in Fayetteville, Georgia is a gathering place for artists, storytellers, and makers, surrounded by creativity and the nearby Trilith Studios, one of the largest purpose-built movie studios in North America. Featuring sophisticated accommodations, over 17,000 square feet of meeting space, a chef-driven restaurant, and a European-inspired rooftop bar and lounge, Trilith Guesthouse embraces all who seek to continue the timeless tradition of storytelling, promising an immersive experience like no other.

We are looking for multiple Food & Beverage team members to fulfill the following positions:

  • Restaurant Host/Hostess

  • Server Assistant

  • Bartender

  • Bar Back

What you have  

  • High school diploma, equivalent, or higher  

  • Previous hospitality experience 

  • Knowledge and experience with beer, wine, and liquor 

  • Customer service experience 

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 

  • Experience working on a team in a hospitality setting 

  • Ability to use technology, e.g., computers, tablets, iPads and POS 

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision. 

  • A sense of ownership in everything that you do 

What you’ll do  

  • Provide service to bartenders in a timely manner 

  • Prepare beverage garnishes and mixes 

  • Ensure proper stocking and rotation of beer, liquor, wine, and consumable items 

  • Clean glasses, utensils, tools, and other bar equipment 

  • Run food from kitchen to bar and bar area to ensure guests receive their food in timely manner 

  • Provide guests with menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation, and prices 

  • Maintain opening and closing par levels for beer, wine, liquor, and consumables 

  • Assist in the receiving and unloading of bar item. Ensure proper stocking 

  • Maintain a clean and organized bar, cooler, and bar storage area 

  • Other necessary duties as reasonably assigned by manager 

Physical Demand  

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time  

  • Ability to bend  

  • Ability to lift, pull 50 lbs  

  • Ability to communicate clearly  

  • Ability to work long hours as needed

  • Work on multiple tasks, making appropriate progress towards deadlines  

  • Able to work independently, take direction, and provide direction to others  

  • Manage differing personalities within the property, the resort, and the community

  • Ability to effectively handle challenges in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
