Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.
This role operates on the 2nd shift, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 3:00-11:30pm.
To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.
As a Truck Driver, you’ll operate a tractor trailer and/or box truck to safely transport and deliver products to multiple destinations. You’ll follow DOT regulations, maintain accurate records, and support warehouse operations as needed. Your reliability and attention to detail help us deliver the products people love — on time and with care.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safely drive a tractor trailer and/or box truck to complete assigned routes

Load and unload deliveries using a forklift or pallet jack

Inspect vehicles before and after trips and report any issues

Use navigation tools to determine efficient delivery routes

Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation

Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies

Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:

Valid CDL Class A license required

Ability to obtain forklift certification

High school diploma or GED preferred

1+ years of driving or warehouse experience preferred

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift

Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

Flexible to work overtime based on business needs

Comfortable using computers, tablets, and basic software

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Able to read, write, and understand English

Demonstrated safe driving practices
