About the role

This person will serve in a critical role helping with execution of strategic initiatives and operational programs in close partnership with the CSO, their Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and their leadership team. In addition, this role will be an enabler for high morale and execution for the Safety & Productivity organization.

Your day-to-day will involve:   

• Responsible for the end to end system to ensure Security & Privacy is moving in the direction we expect with respect to our OKRs and critical projects.
• Oversee Safety & Productivity strategic planning and budget process. Serve as a strategic partner to Safety’s CoS in driving towards a successful planning outcome, dive deep into planning content with respective area leads to highlight critical areas and trade-offs;
• Partner closely with People, Finance, and Product counterparts on all strategy and execution.
• Own definition, scoping and execution of special and strategic projects. Identify and drive special projects with high visibility and relevance to CSO and Leadership team
• Drive collaboration across teams, developing relationships with key leaders inside and outside of Safety & Productivity to ensure smooth rollout of key operational initiatives.
• Responsible for leading a consistent and effective Project Management Office that is decentralized

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
