Leadership & Direction:
Lead regional teams to ensure all markets are fully operational and integrated into the company culture.
Establish clear expectations, provide necessary resources, and ensure managers have the tools and training to succeed.
Develop and mentor Regional and General Managers, providing ongoing feedback, guidance, and career development.
Recognize and reward desired behaviors, fostering personal and professional growth across the team.
Proactively manage risk and identify opportunities for improvement in safety, teammate development, client relationships, and operational processes.
Operational Excellence:
Execute company initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategy.
Analyze regional performance using established KPIs, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
Lead and manage recruitment efforts to attract high-quality talent, ensuring a robust pipeline for future hiring needs.
Maintain and communicate the region's service capabilities, ensuring that diagnostic tooling and training align with operational needs.
Client & Market Relations:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients and customers, capitalizing on market opportunities to expand market share.
Collaborate with customers, clients, and insurance carriers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Spearhead strategic relationships, enhancing the company’s visibility and market position.
Team & Regional Management:
Manage a geographically dispersed team, adapting to the unique challenges of a mobile service business.
Oversee the execution of workflow processes across multiple service lines, ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence.
Other duties as assigned to support business needs and growth.
Skills & Requirements
Experience & Knowledge:
Proven experience managing multi-unit business operations.
Deep understanding of automotive collision, glass, ADAS, and mechanical/diagnostic services.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to read and interpret P&L statements and operational metrics.
Experience developing and implementing operational tools to drive field performance.
Leadership & Problem-Solving:
Strong ability to influence, coach, and motivate teams, particularly in a managerial role.
Skilled in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on results.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, using critical thinking and sound decision-making.
Communication & Organizational Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
