We are looking to hirte a Software Engineer II to join our Commerce + Ecosystems engineering team (C+E), which builds and manages the critical products and services that Microsoft runs on. The Customer Experience team within C+E is the heartbeat of the customer experience across the company. The team powers, enables, and transforms the digital Microsoft customer experience across devices, applications, and infrastructure. They propel the company forward in terms of modern workplace patterns and practices and provide an inspirational enterprise blueprint for customers and partners.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy and support secure & scalable enterprise solutions
- Active participant as a core member of a project team
- Work with Product Owners to consume product backlog and generate technical design
- Work across teams to ensure seamless integration of the enterprise solution
- Work in an Agile environment using SCRUM methodology

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of industry experience designing and developing enterprise scale services & platforms
- 2+ years of expertise developing solutions on Microsoft Azure Platform
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HTML5 / CSS / CSS3
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Relational Databases (e.g., MS SQL) or Graph Databases (e.g., COSMOS DB)
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
