What You’ll Do: 

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting 

• Create personalized, goal-driven care plans 

• Collaborate closely with a team of supportive clinicians and staff 

• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For: 

• PT licensure (or eligible) for state licensure.

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program 

• A growth mindset and a team-first attitude
