What you’ll do:

 

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Mobile Integration Developer 

 

Location: Hybrid - Chicago, IL or Naperville, IL

 

Expected start date: September 2024

 

Duration: 6 - 12 months

 

Working hours: Part-time /  Full-time  20 - 40 hrs./week

 

 

 

SAP Mobile Experience and Engineering (MXE) team is developing next-generation complex mobile applications for S/4HANA and other SAP business solutions, using the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).  The team uses an agile/scrum development process and test-driven development approach, emphasizing continuous integration, unit testing, and peer reviews. We are looking for an Intern who takes initiative, is ready to learn, and shows interest in mobile integration to join the backend integration development team at the Naperville/Chicago, Illinois location, to develop reusable integration services for mobile applications and cloud solutions.

 

 

 

 

• Work in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment
• Work with other mobile team engineers to collaborate and share best practices
• Ability to work independently as well as with the team
• Ability to understand and master new technologies quickly
• Handle the design, development, code review, and testing of applications and proof of concept prototypes
• Provide support to quality assurance and consulting services as needed
• Full Stack Development: Develop front and backend tasks, Test, Maintenance, and Support
• Get involved with SAP’s active Intern Community and experience what it is like to be an early talent at one of the biggest software companies in the World
• Innovate and create new tools that will help SAP run simple
