What you will do
Identify all possible quality issues in the life cycle:
Participate in the Reactivity Committee/RLED meetings within the scope animated by DFI.
Consider quality issues encountered during COP trials.
Update the PDCA for each engine family three times a year.
Maintain an updated list of quality issues under analysis.
Drive the understanding of defense modes:
Provide DFI with the necessary information and parts for analysis.
Intervene in the acquired analysis sectors (DFI/DE-MI) and ensure their adoption.
Internalize the analysis of supports (parts, systems, etc.) in the profession sectors and/or suppliers.
Ensure a good quality level of the analysis and oversee the comprehensive analysis of DNR cases.
Participate in and lead the profession workshops within the DE-MI perimeter to improve the K°/°° DE-MI quality level (DNR/DNJ workshop, durability).
Oversee RVQVS with gasoline injection system suppliers, enabling the detection and treatment of durability issues.
Update the engine PDCA until a new defect mode is identified.
Capitalize on professions that impact the life cycle experience:
Ensure the rapid transfer of information to potentially impacted development projects (alert PSV and ASM).
Submit a QC Story request to the head of the impacted department (C. Quality #2, DE-MI project RAP) regarding priority issues (K1, Security, PIMOF, etc.).
Ensure capitalization by the impacted profession (updating a profession standard).
Update both the LUP QC DE-MI dashboard and the LUP utility for capitalization actions.
Build QCD with solutions and proceed with Comodif:
For new priority defect modes, identify potential solutions for each root cause and oversee the construction of associated QCDP balances, with profession sectors, suppliers, purchasing sectors, plants, sales, etc.
Present the solutions and associated QCDP balances for the GMP project for decision (COMODIF project instances).
Engage DE-MI in a provisional timeframe to resolve the issue (DMS).
Update both the engine PDCA and the LUP QC DE-MI dashboard.
LUP QC management:
Report to the Project Organs Directorate, DE-MI, and DQ on the progress of LUP QC resolution.
Oversee the provision of provisional and definitive solutions to plants and services.
Update the LUP utility and LUP QC DE-MI dashboard and alert in case of deviations from the proposed planning at COMODIF.
