What will you be doing?

You will support and enhance the Kraft Heinz team’s understanding of their performance relative to the market and competitors.  You will help Kraft Heinz better understand the dynamics of the competitive marketplace, customers, and macro trends.  You will utilize a variety of Circana tools to create compelling insights-based stories and help socialize various Circana solutions with the client.

Job Responsibilities

• Support exceeding revenue and favorable data contract terms through quality delivery of solutions, reporting, and insights
• Utilize POS and Consumer Panel data sets to present fact-based arguments influencing decision making of the brand teams
• Consult with clients on a full-range of Circana solutions, including custom projects
• Build rapid rapport with key client contacts and across functions within the Circana organization
• Coordinate and execute high quality on-going analytic and ad-hoc requests
• Leverage Circana AI Capabilities to help answer client requests.
• Leads effective problem solving with client and internal team

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, eCommerce, category management, or related fields is required
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
• Marketing and/or sales analytics experience with a CPG company, Retailer, or other CPG industry companies using syndicated data
• Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
• Strong project management and process skills
• Ability to engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables
• Ability to build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships internally and externally
• Strong understanding of client issues
• Ability to develop creative ways to address business issues
