Job Description

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our Concession Bartenders make amazing drinks for our guests! This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, working with a variety of alcoholic beverages, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events Denver has to offer!

 

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee 

 

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $15.79 to $16.27.  If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Compensation Data

The tipped hourly rate of pay for this position ranges from $15.79 to $16.27. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.  

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Position Type

Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select.  There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually. 

Job Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions 
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages 
• Adheres to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons’ identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption 
• Adheres to cash handling policies 
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing 
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels 
• Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests needs and ensuring guest satisfaction 
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc. 
• Ensures security of company assets 
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor and management team.
