UX Research (Full Remote Within Spain)

How will you make a difference

• Analyze UX problems and present solutions that meet measurable business requirements and goals
• Incorporate market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design
• Develop strong partnerships with other Designers, Research and Product Owners.
• Plan, execute and lead user tests, ideation sessions and design research activities
• Present work to Product Owners, Product Designers and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders and executive leadership
• Identify and prioritize research questions based on the analysis of existing product designs, business needs, project goals, and risks
• Employ the best research method(s) based on the product requirements
• Perform quick but thorough data analysis in order to uncover insightful and actionable results that drive tactical and strategic product decisions
• Ability to dive deep into both qualitative and quantitative data in order to bring forward new insights that generate product innovations
• Create reports and communicate results opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of management
• Deliver impact, as measured by changes to the product design and development roadmap
• Been a key role in scaling and shaping the UX research function

Requirements

What will make you stand out from the crowd

• At least 2 years as professional UX Research experience as member of a UX team participating in the product development lifecycle
• Portfolio of design/research projects and UX processes
• Bachelor’s degree in design, psychology, sociology or related field, equivalent professional experience
• Experience carrying out usability testing, ideation sessions and design research activities
• Familiarity with analytics data to inform design decisions
• Ability to tackle multiple projects at once
• Understand behavioral patterns and interaction design
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Team player with a positive attitude

• Experience with research for mobile apps
• Knowledge of Amplitude
• Knowledge of Sketch/Figma or similar prototyping tools
